McMinnville resident Mattie Sue Vaughn, 84, died Tuesday, Feb. 25, at Raintree Manor.A homemaker, she was the daughter of the late Hobert and Pauline Cantrell Stewart. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Gene Vaughn, brothers Paul and George Stewart, and sisters Florence Keaton, Betty Ruth Maxwell and Katy Tomlin.She is survived by son and daughter-in-law Mike and Pam Vaughn of McMinnville, grandchildren Amanda Vaughn of California and Sarah Vaughn of McMinnville, brother and sister-in-law Sid and Sophie Stewart of McMinnville, and several nieces and nephews.Funeral service is set for Saturday at 11 a.m. at Love-Cantrell Funeral Home in Smithville with Bro. Rick Stewart officiating.
