Mrs. Mary Helen Kesey Blackburn, 92, of McMinnville passed from this life Friday, July 20, at Saint Thomas River Park Hospital.

She was born Friday, Feb. 26, 1926 in McMinnville, the daughter of the late Kenneth Kesey and the late Willie Mae Ware. She was a member of Mt. Leo Church of Christ and a homemaker and she worked at Genesco Company in McMinnville.

Mary Helen is survived by one brother Billy Kesey of Lousiana, several nieces, nephews, cousins and her church family also survive.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Brown Blackburn, parents Kenneth Kesey and Willie Mae Ware one brother, Fred Kesey.

A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Mt. View Cemetery with Trent Key officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery in McMinnville. Online condolences may be made to the family at gardensofmemoryfuneralhome.com.
