Rock Island resident and Warren County native Mary Elizabeth Rogers Rigsby, 90, was born June 14, 1925 and died July 24 at NHC Healthcare in McMinnville following an extended illness. Retired from McMinnville Garment Factory and a member of Mt. Elim Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Jim and Lila Cunningham Rogers.
