McMinnville resident and Warren County native Mary Belle Atnip Moore, 89, was born Feb. 15, 1924 and died Aug. 19 at Belvedere Commons of Franklin following an extended illness.An employee of NHC Healthcare in the dietary department, she was the daughter of the late Ephriam and Rebecca Norris Atnip. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Robert, Jim, George and E.L. Atnip Jr., and two sisters, Tennie Womack and Ollie Mae Atnip.Mrs. Moore is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Pam Moore of Cleveland; two daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda Joyce and Jerry May of Melbourne, Fla., and Debbie and Pete Gage of Franklin; six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.A graveside service and interment was held Tuesday, Aug. 20 at Faulkner Cemetery at Pike Hill with Tommy Lusk officiating.
