Maddox Colt Forsythe, 5, passed suddenly July 1, 2021. Maddox was born in Murfreesboro on Dec. 30, 2015 to Lansford Paul and Wendy Mooneyham Forsythe. Maddox was a happy child and became friends with everyone he met.
