McMinnville resident and Warren County native Lucy “Josie” Josephine Bouldin, 74, was born Dec. 16, 1942 and died Sept. 9 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro following an extended illness.A homemaker and a member of the Spirit of Life & Hope of McMinnville, she was the daughter of the late, Johnny Clifford and Dora Elizabeth Muncey Turner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter Kathy Laws; two brothers, Steve and Clifford Turner; and grandson David Barrett.She was married Sept. 17, 1960 to Carl Bouldin of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by five children and their spouses, Randy and Penny Bouldin of Liberty, Tracy and Erica Bouldin of Blooming Springs, Carla and Ricky Cope of the Irving College community, Lisa Kirby of McMinnville, and Terry and Cindy Bouldin of Rock Island; son-in-law, Richard Laws of Warren County; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Frances and Joe Grissom of the Irving College Community; and several nieces and nephews also survive.Funeral service will be held at noon Wednesday, Sept. 13 in High’s Chapel with Anthony Campbell officiating.
