McMinnville resident and Warren County native Lorene Denton Gregory Robbins, 91, died Oct. 27 in Sparta after an extended illness.A retired employee of 29 years at Rockford Textile and a member of Mt. Leo Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Green and Bessie Darnell Denton; sisters, Georgia May Denton, Ruth Stroud and Faye Tolbert; brother, James (Jim) Denton; grandsons, Timothy Gregory and David Adcock and husbands, J.T. Christian and George Gregory.She is survived by children, Sharon Anderson of McMinnville, Frank Gregory of Murfreesboro and Kenneth Gregory of White County; nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews.Services will be held at 3 p.m. today at High’s Chapel with Stan Stevenson, Lane Dix and Brian Gregory officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory.
