Lois Anne Goff Mayfield, 76, of McMinnville died Thursday, Nov. 9, at Raintree Manor Nursing Center in McMinnville. She was born Aug. 7, 1941 in Sparta, was a retired school bus driver for both the Warren County School System and Manchester City Schools, and was preceded in death by parents, Harold Leslie and Jewell Bernice Cruise Goff, son-in-law, Buford Oscar “Ozzie” Bonner, sister, Joyce Evelyn (J.W.) Goff, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Phillip and Ova McBride Mayfield, and sister-in-law, Katherine (Fred) Kirby. Mrs. Mayfield was an active member of New Union United Methodist Church, Order of the Eastern Star, and participated in several donating foundations such as St Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Children’s Miracle Network.
