Linda Marie Parsons, 68, of Crab Orchard, died April 3.Mrs. Parsons was born Jan. 14, 1943, in McMinnville, the daughter of Henry Nathaniel and Claris Wright Cope.She worked as a dry cleaner and enjoyed embroidery, yard work, doing puzzles and collecting Indian artifacts.Survivors include her husband, Troy Parsons; daughter, Sandra Davis; granddaughter, Laci Davis; sisters, Algereeta Smith of Nashville and Carole Summers and her husband Thomas of Morrison; nieces, Sherry A. Smith of Nashville, Barbie McWhorter of Murfreesboro and Lori Lowery of Morrison; and nephews, Rick Smith of Nashville, Davis Smith of Nashville and Trent Summers of Morrison.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Jeffrey Davis.Funeral service was held Tuesday at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home with Wayne Matthews officiating.
