Morrison resident and Grundy County native Leland Oneal Fults, 77, was born July 23, 1941 and died July 16 at his residence following an extended illness.
A farmer and forestry worker and a member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Marshall Frank and Anna Belle McBride Fults. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Patsy Ann Prince and Belinda Fults.
He was married July 12, 1958 to Deamie Marvin Fults. In addition to his wife, he is survived by son Marvin Fults; daughter and son-in-law Tammy and Kelvin Taylor; two grandchildren Stephen and Trevor Fults; and two brothers David and Robert Fults.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday, July 19, at High’s Chapel with Kevin Deason officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until the time of service Friday at High’s. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
