Lawrence Allen Wooden, 49, of Murfreesboro, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday Oct. 17.Mr. Wooden is survived by his wife of six years, Kim Mason Wooden; daughter Madelyne Williams; son, Mason Williams, all of Murfreesboro; mother, Bessie Simmons Wooden of McMinnville; and uncles, Joe Wooden and Ralph Wooden. He was preceded in death by his father, J.C. Wooden.Mr. Wooden was a member of Walter Hill Church of Christ and worked for Asurion as an engineer.Funeral services were held Oct. 20 at Woodfin Funeral Chapel with Paul Norwood officiating.
