Kay Dillon Ramsey of McMinnville was born on Jan. 24, 1939 and died on Dec.19, 2022. She was a member of Central Church of Christ. She graduated from UT Knoxville and moved back to McMinnville where she married, raised a family and had a 30+ year career with the Tennessee Department of Human Services.
