Joyce May Vaughn Allen, 61, a McMinnville resident and Dayton, Ohio native, was born July 24, 1956 and died June 27 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital. She was a home health employee, member of Full Gospel and daughter of the late James E. and Ola Mae Jones Vaughn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, William Hinton “Billy” Allen, and two sisters Ann Vaughn and Betty Vaughn.
