Joe Edward Foutch, 80, of McMinnville passed from this life Tuesday, Dec. 19, at his home. Joe was born Monday, Feb. 22, 1937 in McMinnville to the late Quim Albert Foutch and Mary Alice Cronk Foutch. He was a member of Forest Park Baptist Church and was self-employed as a transmission specialist.
