Jimmy B. “J.B.” Grissom, 87, died Tuesday, Jan. 10 at I.U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital with his family by his side. He was born March 21, 1924 in Van Buren County (Rocky River community) to Nancy (Clark) and Ernest T. Grissom. He attended Van Buren County schools and served with the U.S. Army in Japan during the Korean War.
