Jeffery Eugene Justice, 43, a McMinnville resident and Harbor City, Calif., native died Saturday, Oct. 24, surrounded by loved ones after a brief but intense struggle from complications due to his cerebral palsy. Because of his special needs, he spent his whole life as a small child in his mind and heart, always planning the next holiday event or party. His smile and laughter would light up a room, and will be dearly missed.
