Nashville resident and Hammond, Ind., native Jason Allen Willoughby, 44, died Oct. 7.He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents and paternal grandmother.He is survived by his father, Larry Willoughby (Barbara Coots Willoughby) of Greenville, Ky., and L. Faye Dewitt of Smithville; grandfather, Lyndon Willoughby; sister, Kelly Jean Willoughby Davis (Eric Davis); niece, Emma Grace Johnson and nephew, Easton Lee Davis; many aunts, uncles, stepbrothers and sisters and step nieces and nephews.A service will be held at Second Baptist Church in Greenville, Ky., from 10 to 11 a.m., Nov. 7 and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for friends and guests with Kevin Milburn officiating.
