James Michael Northcutt, 58, died Oct. 18 at his home in Glendale, Ariz., after an extended illness.He is survived by his wife Donna, sons Joshua Parker, Bryan Parker (Heather) of Houston, Texas; brother, Jason Northcutt of McMinnville; stepdaughter April (Sean) Kilgore of Surprise, Ariz.; stepson, Brian Crusinberry of McMinnville; grandchildren, Sean Kilgore, Nylah Kilgore, Aidan Kilgore, all of Surprise; Cheyanne Crusinberry of Glendale, and Brian Crusinberry Jr., of McMinnville.Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Chapel of Chimes Mortuary at 7924 North 59th Avenue in Glendale, Ariz.
