Morrison resident Jackie Paul Davidson, 68, was born April 12, 1946 in Test, Calif., and died May 24 at River Park Hospital following a sudden illness.He was a retired press operator at Yorozu Corporation, a United States Army veteran and a member of First Church of Jesus Christ Apostolic. He was the son of the late James Ervin and Susie E. Thompson Davidson.He was married Dec. 17, 1989 to Mary Jane Judkins Davidson, who preceded him in death July 10, 2004. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by grandson Denver Murphy, and sister, Bernice Slone.Mr. Davidson is survived by four children and their spouses, Anetta Murphy of McMinnville, Elizabeth and Michael Hoch of McMinnville, William Murphy of McMinnville, and James and Michelle Davidson of McMinnville, 12 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, two sisters, Beverly Clark of Louisiana and Debbie Farless of McMinnville, four brothers, Arthur Lawrence of Alaska, Eddie Lawrence of Michigan, Timothy Judkins of Indiana, Stephen Judkins of Nashville, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.Funeral service was held Tuesday in High's Chapel with Jason Nunley officiating.
