Jack Judkins, 86, of McMinnville died Tuesday evening, March 18, at NHC Healthcare in McMinnville. 
He was the son of the late Brown Judkins and Kate Judkins Young. He was a farmer and a member of Gath Baptist Church. He was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife JoNell Judkins and brother, Jerry Judkins.
Survivors include daughter, Jackie Ray of Smithville; four nieces, Vicky (Stephen) White of Murfreesboro, Carol (Morris) Hobbs of McMinnville, Connie (Tooter) Bell of McMinnville and Rene (Michael) Henderson of Texas; sisters-in-law, Dean Cathcart of Dowelltown and Jean Judkins of Morrison; special friends, Linda Holder, Patsy (Ronnie) Greene, Joe Underwood and Eddie Murphy.
A graveside service was held Thursday at DeKalb Memorial Gardens with Michael Hale officiating. Donations can be made to Whorton Springs Cemetery Fund or Meals on Wheels in memory of Mr. Jack Judkins.
