Mrs. Iona Dodd Williamson, 81, of McMinnville (Bethany community) died Tuesday, May 5, at her residence. She was born May 11, 1933, in Warren County, was a homemaker, and was preceded in death by parents Jewell Lee and Mary Delma Wright Dodd, her husband L.B. Williamson, and sisters Clarene Bounds and Mildred Jones.Survivors include daughters Patricia (Michael) Walker of Beersheba Springs, and Barbara Gail Hancock of Woodbury, son Jerry (Rhonda) Williamson of McMinnville, grandchildren Trent (KaSondra) Hancock, Melanie (Carl) Wright, Jason Walker, Nicholas Williamson, and Bethni (James) Hardy, great-grandchildren Gracie Lynn Hancock, Macie Rae Hancock and Nathan Wright, sisters Wilma Hillis and Betty Neely, and brother Jimmy (Margie) Dodd. Several nieces, nephews, family members, and friends also survive.Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel.
