Hazel M. Starkey, 78, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, died Feb. 23 at Raintree Manor following an extended illness. She was a homemaker, member of the Church of Christ at Trousdale and daughter of the late Thurman Lee and Georgia Mae Reynolds Northcutt.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister Brenda Smoot.She was married July 11, 1953 to Thomas Edward Starkey, who survives. She is also survived by three brothers, James Northcutt of McMinnville, Bobby Northcutt and William Northuctt of Morrison; sister, Dorothy Brown of Morrison; two special nieces, Kristy Hewitt and Teresa Pepper of Morrison; special cousins, Peggy Duke of Manchester, Linda Sharpe and Darrell Wiser of McMinnville.
