Hazel Irene Mullins, 79, of Tullahoma, died Friday evening at LifeCare Center in Tullahoma. A native of Moore County, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Eliza Vinnie Anderson Simmons. She was retired from Wilson’s Sporting Goods and Wisco and a member of Wilson Avenue Church of Christ.
