Glenn “Jack” Bottoms Butcher, 88

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Glenn “Jack” Bottoms Butcher, age 88, was born Oct. 21, 1933 and died suddenly Sept. 22, 2022 at his residence.            

A retired farmer and of the Baptist faith, he was the son of the late Clarence Mitchell and Velma Mae Bottoms Butcher. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Leonard and Paul Butcher.

Mr. Butcher is survived by brother, Clyde Butcher of McMinnville and sisters, Linda Cagle and Lois (Jimmy) Dishman, both of McMinnville.

Graveside service and interment will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24 at Shellsford Cemetery in Warren County with Craig Carlson officiating. There will be no service or visitation at High’s.
