McMinnville resident and Warren County native Fred Murry Sain, 90, died June 9 at Woodbury Nursing Home after an extended illness.A clerk at Warren Farmer’s Co-op and a member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Morris Murry and Jessie Mansfield Sain. He was also preceded in death by first wife Zada Bell Bouldin Sain, second wife Dorothy Mae Clark Sain, brothers Harold and Robert Sain, sisters Lillian Cunningham, Janie Gonce, Margaret Womack and Annie Mae Southern, grandson Kevin Hollis, granddaughter Andrea Chambers, and son-in-law A.J. Hollis.He is survived by son and daughter-in-law Danny and Nadine Sain of McMinnville, daughters and son-in-law Joan Hollis of McMinnville, and Judy and Myron Chambers of Franklin, stepson and wife Arlin and Jean Grissom of McMinnville, nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, brother Jim Sain and sister Ruby Brewer, both of McMinnville.Funeral service is Monday at 2:30 p.m. at High’s Chapel with Charles Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery.
