Fred Junior Rigsby, 86, a Rock Island resident and Warren County native, was born Aug. 26, 1928 and died Sept. 9 at his residence following a brief illness. He was a retired employee of Powermatic, and along with his wife, Jewell, owned Rigsby Nursery & Landscaping. He was a member of Fall City Baptist Church and son of the late Elbert and Willie Pauline Hutchins Rigsby.
