Frankie Winton, 106, of Morrison died Dec. 29 at NHC HealthCare Center in McMinnville. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, a friend to many people and a member of Viola Church of Christ. She was born in Hillsboro to her parents, the late John Owen Bailey and Betty Layne Bailey.
