Evelyn Rose “Punk” Billings Graham, 78, of the Cassville Community of White County died July 22 after an extended illness at Cookeville Regional Medical Center, with family at her side. Mrs. Graham was born May 13, 1936 to the late J.A. Billings and Lucy Hayes Billings. She also was preceded in death by her two brothers, Roy Billings and Thurston Billings, four sisters Opal West, Edna Pirtle, Louada Wilhite and infant sister.
