Ernest Lee Wade, 59, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, was born March 30, 1958 and died unexpectedly June 25.He was a member of Brown Chapel Baptist Church and son of Tommie Ford Brown of McMinnville and the late Cecil Wade. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by grandparents, Frank and Mable Ford. In addition to his mother, he is survived by three brothers, Douglas Ford and Bill Martin, both of McMinnville, and Greg Wade of Lebanon; six sisters and brothers-in-law, Munice and Michael Harris, Connie Malone, Cecilia Wade and Edna and Francisco SiFuentes, all of McMinnville, and Lois Wade and Michelle Wade, both of Lebanon; aunts and uncles, Jeanette Strode, Paul Ford, Nora and Henry Arnold and Janice King, all of McMinnville, and Frankie and Bill Wooten of Tullahoma; nieces and nephews, Tisha Vaughn, Demond and Jason Wade, Ryan Malone, Shandra Mejia and Montserat Edna SiFuentes, all of McMinnville, and Samuel Rosado Lopez and wife Connie of Virginia; many cousins and friends; and best friends, Perry and Clayton Martin and Carzell Robinson.
