Morrison resident and Warren County native Elsie Louise Campbell Pennington Pellum, 83, died Sept. 5 at Raintree Manor after an extended illness.A retired Genesco employee and a member of Caney Branch Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Lewis C. and Georgia Pearl Crawley Campbell; and was preceded in death by husbands, Thurston A. Pennington and Boyd R. Pellum; and son, Gary Pennington.She is survived by stepson, Larry Pellum of Indianapolis, Ind.; stepdaughters, Marsha Pellum of Indianapolis and Donna Rae Pellum of Washington, D.C.; brothers and sister-in-law, Donald Campbell of McMinnville, Dawson and Evie Campbell of Morrison; two grandchildren and one step-grandchild.A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at Caney Branch Cemetery with Roger Comstock officiating.
