Ellen Virginia Beumer, 49, a Morrison resident and Mattoon, Ill., native was born Oct. 17, 1968 and died Oct. 24 in St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital following an extended illness.She was a member of the Baptist Church and daughter of the late Frank and Mary York Beumer. Survivors include son, Michael Beumer of Morrison; three sisters, Carol Jabs of Valley City, ND and Mary Grissom and Teresa Beumer, both of Morrison; and three brothers, Herman Beumer, Henry Beumer and Bernard Beumer, all of Morrison. There will be no service or visitation at High’s.
