Dortha “Dot” Morgan Cooper Ragsdale, 76, of Smyrna died Tuesday, Aug. 4. She was a native of Warren County and was member of Jefferson Pike Church of Christ. She was a retired teacher and had taught on many different levels, most recently third grade at Waldron Jr. School.
