Donnie Ray Muncey, 64, of McMinnville died Wednesday, March 1, at his home. He was born Friday, June 20, 1952 in McMinnville and was the son of the late Dillard Muncey and Mary Harvey Muncey. Donnie is survived by his three sons Donald Gene Muncey of Rock Island and Michael Robey of McMinnville, Joseph Muncey and fiancée, Tiffany Reed of McMinnville; two daughters, Janice Brown and boyfriend, Michael McComis of McMinnville, Rebecca Reed and husband, Brandon of Sparta, special friends Linda Reed of Woodbury, Tammy Young, Donnie Hollandsworth, David Melton, all of McMinnville; eight grandchildren, Destiny, Austin, Emily, Isaiah, Jayra, Stevie, Chelsea, and Sadie, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.He was preceded in death by his wife of 21 years Phyllis (Melton) Muncey, his first wife of 24 years Peggy Jean Muncey, parents, Dillard (Buck) and Mary Etta (Harvey) Muncey.
