Donald Ray Blevins, 49

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Donald Ray Blevins, 49, was born Dec. 28, 1970 and died suddenly March 13 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital.

A former employee of Yorozu, he was the son of Armestine Martin Drake and Ronnie Blevins, both of McMinnville. He was married to Sherry Brown Blevins of Nashville, Ga. In addition to his mother, father and wife, he is survived by four sons, Matthew Blevins, D.J. Blevins Jr., Titan Blevins, and Dominique Blevins, all of Nashville, Ga., three daughters, Kayleen Muncey, Tiffany Watson, and Jala Blevins, all of McMinnville, two grandchildren Aria Bounds and Grayson Muncey, two sisters Marilyn Johnson of Pulaski, TN and Jasmine Blevins of McMinnville; three brothers Ronald Blevins, Lamont Blevins and James Blevins, all of McMinnville, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by sister Karen Grayson.

A graveside service and interment will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 19, at Bethlehem Cemetery at Martin Charge with Rev. Harlam officiating. There will be no visitation at High’s. Family and friends are to meet at the cemetery. Online condolences may be made at
