McMinnville resident and Warren County native Dominque DeShawn Pinegar, 17, was born Feb. 8, 1996 and died suddenly Dec. 1 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.A senior at Warren County High School and a member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of Brandy Pinegar of McMinnville and Brandon Thomas of McMinnville.In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by sister, Jasmine Pinegar of McMinnville; two brothers, Jordan Pinegar and Chad Taylor both of McMinnville; grandparents, William Pleasant and Pamela of Rock Island; maternal grandmother, Ruby Ramirez of McMinnville; grandfather, Rodney Thomas of McMinnville; great-grandmother, Henrietta Lusk of McMinnville; aunt, Vanessa Pinegar of McMinnville; special aunt, Evelyn Moon of Chattanooga; step-dad, Raymond Belcher of McMinnville; and special friends, Ryan and Gail Tackett, Samantha West and Shannon Byrd.Dominque’s family was very proud of the man he was becoming. He was loved by all who knew him, and will never be forgotten.A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Central Church of Christ with Shiro Burnett officiating.
