McMinnville resident and Detroit, Mich., native Debra Banks Smith, 60, was born Jan. 19, 1954 and died suddenly Nov. 30 at her residence in Daytona Beach Shores, Fla. A homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church in Orange Beach, Fla., she was the daughter of the late Thurston and Nellie Pearl Bush Banks. She was married to Bernard Ken Smith of McMinnville.
