Daylan Scout Sullivan, 17, of McMinnville died Tuesday, Jan. 31.Scout was born Thursday, Sept. 30, 1999 in McMinnville, the son of Derrick Sullivan Sr. and Brandi Knight Byars. Scout was the chicken master at Zaxby’s in McMinnville. He is survived by his mother Brandi Byars and husband David, father Derrick Sullivan Sr., four brothers Jakob Farless and Beth, Derrick Sullivan Jr., Marshall-Mason McCormick, and David Alvie Rango Byars, sister Saydee Louise McCormick, grandparents Doris Worrell, Eddie Dean Sullivan, Larry and Cindy Knight, Clara Scott, Bobby and Joyce Bond, Bobby and Debbie Byars, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many special friends.Scout was preceded in death by his grandmother Nelda Sullivan, grandfather Pete McBride, and great-aunt Linda Hayes.A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home with Steve Madison and Scott Willett officiating.
