David Lynn Bouldin, 71

McMinnville resident and Van Buren County native David Lynn Bouldin, 71, died Aug. 10 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville after an extended illness.
A retired employee of McMinnville Screw Machine and a member of the First Church of Jesus Christ Apostolic Faith, he was the son of the late B.H. and Velma Templeton Bouldin and was preceded in death by daughter, Cynthia Wilkins; grandparents, Claude and Hassie Templeton, John and Martha Bouldin and mother-in-law, Audra Tibbs.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Young Bouldin; children, Jonathan, Julie and Jason Bouldin, all of McMinnville; nine grandchildren; brother-in-law, Roger Young of Smithville; stepfather-in-law, Willard Tibbs of Fayetteville; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at High’s Chapel with Jason Nunley officiating. Burial will follow at Isom Cemetery in White County. Visitation will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. today, and 9 a.m. until time of service Saturday at High’s.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
