McMinnville resident and Warren County native Dasha Michelle Martin, 37, was born July 7, 1981 and died Oct. 27, 2018 at Hospice of Chattanooga Care Center following a 10-day illness.

An employee of Federal Mogul and a member of the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of Rhonda Chapman of McMinnville and the late Johnny Scott. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by grandmother, Barbara Carr; maternal grandparents, Gladys Jones and Dee Nunley.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by three children, Bailey Farr, Harley Herriman and Olivia Martin, all of McMinnville; grandson Brylan Herriman of McMinnville; sister Melissa Dodd of McMinnville; two brothers Greg Lowell and Johnathan Scott, both of McMinnville; five uncles Wayne Scott, Carl Scott and wife Vickie, Johnny Nunley, Stevie Nunley and David Jones, all of McMinnville; and aunt Donna Dybdal of McMinnville.

A celebration of life will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, at the Redemption Center, 127 Northgate Drive, McMinnville. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
