Danny J. Davis, 69, of McMinnville died Thursday, Feb. 25, at Raintree Manor Nursing Center in McMinnville.
He was born Sept. 26, 1946 in McMinnville and was retired as a heavy equipment sales representative with Power Equipment and was a member of Covenant Fellowship Church. Mr. Davis was preceded in death by parents, Alvin Edward and Gladys Novella Adcock Davis; son-in-law Terry Watts, and brother Billie R. (Pat) Davis.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Terri Lynn McCaskill Davis; son David Edward (Kelsey) Davis; daughter Denise (Paul) Andrew; grandchildren Jaren Watts and Isabella Andrew; sister-in-law Jill (Jim) Conner, and special aunt Barbara Jo Foster. Several nieces, nephews, family members, and friends also survive.
A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, at Covenant Fellowship Church. Dr. Dean Northcutt will officiate. The Davis family will receive friends Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Covenant Fellowship Church, 7225 Manchester Hwy., Morrison, TN  37357. The church telephone number is 931-668-8002. There will be no visitation at the funeral home as family and friends will meet at the church.
