McMinnville resident and Warren County native Clemmie Lela Youngblood Lowry Patrick, 95, was born Sept. 29, 1917 and died Oct. 19 at her residence following a brief illness.A homemaker and former employee of Woodbury Shirt Factory and member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Samuel B. and Maggie Flynn Youngblood. She was married Feb. 24, 1938 to Algernon Lowry, who preceded her in death, and was married Dec. 21, 1968 to Jodie J. Patrick, who also preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by children, Franklin Lowry, Patricia and Gerald Julian, Benjamin Lowry and Howard and Hilda Lowry; stepchildren, Roger, Waymon and J.W. Lowry and Virginia Mae Klassy; brother, Gilbert Youngblood; sisters, Fannie Markum, Georgia Ann Riddle, Elva Orrick and Jessie Pearl Hall.She was the family matriarch to surviving grandchildren, Dawn and Greg Wanamaker, Brandon and Dr. Allison Lowry, Timothy Julian, Tammy and Ronnie Lee, Kenneth Lowry,and Delena Lowry Gabel; great-grandchildren, Julia Lee, Katie Wanamaker, Logan Wanamaker, Marah Wanamaker, Ashlin Lowry, Alex Lowry, Kenny Gabel, Jordan Gabel and Kellan Gabel.
