Claudine Denton Sproull, 88, of McMinnville died Thursday, April 18. She was born July 30, 1924 in McMinnville and was a retired employee of Proctor & Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio, received a BBA degree in business from Middle Tennessee State University, and was a member of First United Methodist Church in McMinnville.Mrs. Sproull was preceded in death by parents, Claude and Ruth Barrett Denton; husband, Theodore Sproull; brother, Winston Garth Denton Sr.; and grandmother Zula Barrett.Survivors include her nephew, Winston Garth Denton Jr. and his wife, Elizabeth Scott-Denton of Galveston, Texas; great-niece, Katherine Elizabeth Denton of Galveston, Texas; great nephew, Winston Garth Denton III of Galveston, Texas; sister-in-law, Rachel Killebrew of McMinnville; cousins, Billie Drumright, Diane and Larry Stanley; and Jo Small of Lake Placid, special caregivers Betty Smith and Donna Pinegar, and many friends.A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, April 26 at Mt. View Cemetery.
