Clarence Ralph Yates, 82, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, April 27. Clarence was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Anita Yates and a son, Wade Anthony Yates. He was born in Texas and raised in Tennessee where he enlisted in the U.S. Navy as an aircraft mechanic upon completion of high school.
