Christine Wilder Roper, 71, of McMinnville died Tuesday, March 15 at her residence.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday from Sosebee Memorial Chapel with pastor Mark Foster officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Mrs. Roper was a member of United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker and enjoyed taking care of her family.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Richard Roper; sons, Rick (Jamie) Roper and Barry (Judy) Roper; sister, Alice Medlin; grandchildren, Ashlee Roper, Jacob Roper, Garrett Roper and Britney Roper; mother-in-law, Mary Roper; special caregiver, Tanya Foster; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Holly Springs Cemetery Fund 3009 Holly Springs Pkwy, Canton, Ga. 30115.
