Charlotte Ann Burch Oliver, 58, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, was born Nov. 23, 1958 and died May 28 at her residence following an extended illness. She was a retired social worker with Friendship Home Health, a member of Covenant Fellowship Church and daughter of the late George Franklin and Gladys Louise Bouldin Burch. Survivors include husband, Mitch Oliver of McMinnville; two children, Chris Oliver of Shelbyville and Abbi Rigsby of McMinnville; granddaughter Alexis Oliver of McMinnville; brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Cynthia Burch of McMinnville; mother-in-law Barbara Oliver of Lafayette and sister-in-law, Susan Oliver of Smithville.Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 1 at High’s Chapel with Dr. Dean Northcutt to officiate.
