Charlie Milligan, 58, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, was born April 17, 1959 and died Aug. 20 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital following an extended illness.He was an auto body mechanic, member of the Baptist Church and son of the late Charles Henry and Altie Dutton Milligan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Lois Rutledge Milligan; and son, Charles Gerald Milligan.Mr. Milligan is survived by daughter, Jessica Marie Milligan of Austin, Texas; sister, Julia Milligan Sullivan and husband Johnny of Murfreesboro; brother, Tommy Milligan and wife Theresa of McMinnville; and niece, Madison Sullivan of Knoxville. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 26 in High’s Parlor with family members to officiate.
