Charles Vernon “Chuck” Layman, 73, died Saturday May 16 at the home of his sister. He was born in Indianapolis, Ind., on Oct. 13, 191 to Clyde and Jean Walton Layman, who preceded him in death. He retired from IBM in Manassas, Va., and again from Yurozo at Morrison in 2013.
