McMinnville resident and Loudon County native Charles Taylor “Charlie” Harris, 64, was born July 9, 1950 and died Oct. 12 at his residence. A retired employee of Carrier Corporation and of the Baptist Faith, he was the son of the late Robert and Josephine Clark Harris. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, William J. Harris.
