Charles Maddux Williams, 60, died Sunday, Oct. 13, in Franklin, Ind. He was born in McMinnville on Aug. 28, 1953. He was the son of Enoch and Jo Anna Maddux Williams of Morrison.He was a graduate of Warren County Senior High School and the University of Tennessee.
