McMinnville resident and Warren County native Charles “Jake” Fletcher Bounds, 92, was born Oct. 13, 1919 and died unexpectedly May 17 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. A retired nursery worker, he was the son of the late Charles and Annie Adcock Bounds. He was married to Betty Hale Bounds of McMinnville.
